• 1 -16 oz FROSTED Glass cup
• 1 - Bamboo lid original  (Decorated option available, by request)
• 1 – plastic Straw

Due to the nature of our business making every item by request, we do not accept refunds, cancellations or returns.

However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately by email for quick assistance.

• PLEASE make sure you email me and get an OK before placing a custom order, to make sure I'm able to fulfill your request.
• Please Choose Travel Tumbler/Cup per order IF the design will be different for eac one.
• Make sure you save your Order number as you will need that number to email us the pictures you wish to print on your Custom item.
• Please make sure you email the picture/s you want printed on your Custom Travel Tumbler to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com
  . We can't use pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your pictures are received and will inform you if they are ok to use,  we will also inform you if we need a higher resolution picture. Please allow at least 24hrs for our response.

• We will confirm with a reply email if the photos submitted are good to use (High Resolution) or asking for a better resolution picture.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order multiple Custom Travel Tumbler 22 oz Tumbler with different pictures please process them individually, to avoid missunderstandings.

IF you're ordering multiple Custom Travel Tumblers using "the same picture/s" Then you can order them in the same transaction.

Please process each individual Custom order separately as we will be using different set of pictures. Please remember: We can only use High Resolution pictures in order to be able to provide you amazing results.

We can use up to 3 High Resolution Pictures  Please note we can't use any pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your pictures were received, also we will add if they are ok to use, or if we need better resolution pictures, when your order is about to be processed.
