    Due to the nature of our business making every item by request, we do not accept refunds, cancellations or returns.

  • How to order your custom ?

    • PLEASE make sure you email me and get an OK before placing a custom order, to make sure I'm able to fulfill your request.
    • Please Choose Travel Tumbler per order IF the design will be different for eac one.
    • Make sure you save your Order number as you will need that number to email us the pictures you wish to print on your Custom item.
    • Please make sure you email the picture/s you want printed on your Custom Travel Tumbler to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com
      . We can't use pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your pictures are received and will inform you if they are ok to use,  we will also inform you if we need a higher resolution picture. Please allow at least 24hrs for our response.
    • When sending us your email for your custom Custom Wine Tumbler, please use the following format for faster response. Email to: karensinfulcreations@gmail.com *** Subject: Order No.0000000 - Custom Tumbler 
    • We will confirm with a reply email if the photos submitted are good to use (High Resolution) or asking for a better resolution picture.
    • PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order multiple Custom Travel Tumbler 22 oz Tumbler with different pictures please process them individually, to avoid missunderstandings.

    IF you're ordering multiple Custom Travel Tumblers using "the same picture/s" Then you can order them in the same transaction.
