Due to the nature of our business making every item by request, we do not accept refunds, cancellations ™or returns. 

However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately by email for quick assistance and please include your order number in order for us to locate your order right away and assist you as best as possible. 

Our main priority is for our customers to be happy with their order.

HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM T-SHIRT

Please make sure to email us first before placing your order.
This is to ensure we can create your vision on a Thsirt before you process your oder.

Please read the instructions below and reach out out to us by email at karensinfulcreations@gmail.com before placing the order


HOW TO ORDER:

• Please make sure your correct Size T-shirt.
• Make sure you save your Order number as you will need that number to email us the picture or design if you want a particular design on your T-shirt.
• Please make sure you email the picture you want printed on your custom T-shirt to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com and use your order number on the subject line please so I can locate it faster.
• Please be specific of the color Tshirt you wish.

Please note we can't use pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your picture/s are received and will inform you if they are ok to use, please note we will also inform you if we cannot use the image received and will need a higher resolution picture.

Please allow at least 24hrs after you email us for our response.
When sending us your email for your custom T-shirt please use the following format for faster response.

We would confirm with a reply email if the photos submitted are good to use (High Resolution) or we will be asking for a better resolution picture if the ones you submitted can't be used for that purpose.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order multiple customs with different pictures/design please process them individually, to avoid misunderstandings, If you would like them to be shipped in the same order please contact us First in order for us to be expecting your order and know this is specifically for you and so that they can be shipped together on a separate Invoice specifically for you.

IF you're ordering multiple T-shirts with "the same picture/design" Then you can order them in the same transaction, just make sure you add them to the cart individually by Size IF sizes are different.

For example if you want 2 or more with 2 different pictures/image. Please add to cart by size and in the comment area please add Image#1 or Picture#2 -
