HOW TO ORDER:

• Please make sure your correct Size
• Make sure you save your Order number as you will need that number to email us the picture or design if you want a particular design on your Crewneck Sweater.
• Please make sure you email the picture/png image you want printed on your custom Crewneck Sweater to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com and use your order number on the subject line please so I can locate it faster.

Please note we can't use pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your picture/s are received and will inform you if they are ok to use, please note we will also inform you if we cannot use the image received and will need a higher resolution picture.

Please allow at least 24hrs after you email us for our response.
When sending us your email for your custom Sweater please use the following format for faster response.

We would confirm with a reply email if the photos submitted are good to use (High Resolution) or we will be asking for a better resolution picture if the ones you submitted can't be used for that purpose.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order multiple customs with different pictures/design please process them individually, to avoid misunderstandings. You can still process them in the same order just make sure you order each Sweater add in the comment the image/theme and add to cart and do the same for each different one.
If you don't understand our Ordering instructions please email me before processing the order to better assist you.

IF you're ordering multiple Crewneck Sweater with "the same picture/design" Then you can place the order in the same transaction, just make sure you add them to the cart individually by Size .
