Due to the nature of our business making every item by request, we do not accept refunds, cancellations or returns.

• Please Choose 1 Custom item per order IF the design will be different for each one.
• Make sure you save your Order number as you will need that number to email us the pictures you wish to print on your Custom item.
• Please make sure you email the picture/s you want printed on your Custom item to karensinfulcreations@gmail.com
  . We can't use pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your pictures are received and will inform you if they are ok to use,  we will also inform you if we need a higher resolution picture. Please allow at least 24hrs for our response.

• We will confirm with a reply email if the photos submitted are good to use (High Resolution) or asking for a better resolution picture.

For example if you want 2 Custom mousepads with 2 different set of pictures. Please process each individual picture separately as we will be using different set of pictures. This is to avoid missunderstandings. Email me "before" if this is the case so you don't have to pay for shipping twice if they are being shipped together to the same location.

We can use up to 3 High Resolution Pictures  Please note we can't use any pictures that have a low resolution or that look blurry. We will email you confirming that your pictures were received, also we will add if they are ok to use, or if we need better resolution pictures, when your order is about to be processed.
